Brocolli & Carrot in Barbecue Sauce

My husband is not that fond of brocolli.I have to come up with something new every time I cook the vegetable.This time also I made something different and he liked it.

1 Brocolli cut in medium florets
1 carrot cut in small cubes
a handful of roasted peanuts
1 onion sliced
2 cloves of garlic chopped
2-3 chillies
3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon oil

Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion and garlic. Then fry till it starts turning brown. Add the brocolli,carrot & chillies. Stir for sometimes.Add 1 cup water and cover.Let the vegetables get cooked. Add the barbecue sauce and mix with the vegetables. Add salt.Stir till the water evaporates and the gravy thickens. Garnish with roasted peanuts.
