Cauliflower with 7 Indian Spices

This goes to my friends who love vegetarian food.

1 Cauliflower cut into medium sized florets
1 small onion chopped
1&1/2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
3 chillies slit
3/4th cup beaten yogurt
3 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to tase
Seven Spices
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds coursely crushed
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1/4 teaspoon onion seeds
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida

In a pan put the oil and add the 7spices and let them splutter. Then add the onions and ginger-garlic paste.Fry till it turns light brown.Add the Cauliflower and chillies. Fry till all the florets start getting brownish.Add the salt & turmeric powder.Add a cup of water and mix everything well so that the florets get coated.Cover and let it get cooked on low flame.It may take 10-15 mins. After that add the yogurt and mix well. Keep it on flame for some time till all the water evaporates.You can add fresh coriander leaves for garnishing.
