Egg in Dark Sauce

After a long time I made eggs last evening.

4 boiled eggs
1 large onion sliced
1 tomato cubed
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon oil

For the Dark Sauce:
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon red chilli sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
Mix these sauces in a bowl.

Add the oil in a pan and wait till its heated. Then add the eggs and saute till the skin starts getting light brown.Keep the eggs aside.Put the onion,ginger & garlic in the oil and saute till they are browned.Add the tomato and stir till the oil seperates.Add the sauce and coat the ingredients with it thoroughly.Pour the cooked sauce over the eggs.Serve hot.
