Salmon in Yogurt

So here's something new & I got the idea from my mom.

400 gms Salmon cut in 4 pieces
1 onion sliced
2-3 chillies
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon limejuice
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons oil

For the Masala:
3 tablespoons beaten yogurt
2 teaspoons garam masala powder

Rub the fish pieces with 1/2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste,Lime juice, turmeric powder and salt and keep for about an hour.

Shallow fry them with 1 tablespoon oil and keep them aside.
Now either you can add fresh oil or can use the remaining oil for frying the onions. I use fresh oil as I am not fond of the smell of fish.Add onions, chillies & remaining ginger-garlic paste and fry till they are browned.Add the Masala and 1/2 cup of water. Add the fried fish pieces and cover for 2 minutes and let it get cooked.Serve hot.
