Spicy Bell Pepper with Potato

Well,well this recipe is my husband's idea. Actually its quite tasty and spicy.

2 bell peppers cubed
2 potatoes cubed
1 large onion cubed
1 tomato
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 inch ginger chopped
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the ginger & garlic. Once it starts frying,add the potatoes and fry till they turn light brown.Then add the onions and tomato.Fry for 2 minutes and add the coriander powder,cumin powder,chill powder,turmeric powder and salt.Stir fry for sometimes.Add the bell peppers and mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and lower the flame.Keep till the potatoes and bell peppers get cooked.Keep checking in between,if the vegetables start to stick to the pan, sprinkle some water.Once everything is cooked, add the dry mango powder and stir to mix it.Serve hot.

Note:If you dont have dry mango powder, you can add 1 teaspoon of lime juice instead.
