Thanks to my husband for the naming of this dish. When I served last night's dinner he just looked into his plate and said "Wow this looks as if the sun is setting".Actually I had used some orange coloured ingredients for the recipe.

2-3 baby corns cut in amll round pieces
a handful of almond flakes

1 teaspoon oregano
1 tespoon Sphaghetti Hot flakes
1 tablespoon butter
salt
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons American hot sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
Boil the pasta in 1/2 tablespoon oil and salt.
Add butter in a pan and add the onion and garlic and fry till its moist.Add the bell pepper, baby carrots and almond flakes. Then add the sausage and filet threads.Stir fry them.Add salt, oregano and Sphagetti Hot flakes.Mix this with the pasta and sauce. Serve hot.
