Chicken in Mixed Sauce

Ingredients:
450 gms chicken cut in small pieces
2 onions cubed
1 red bell pepper cubed
1/2 cup spring onions chopped
1 tomato cubed
1 teaspoon minced ginger-garlic

For the Sauce:
2 tablespoons Dark Soya sauce
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 teaspoons Corn starch
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl till it forms a thick sauce.

For the Chicken:
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon red chilli sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
salt

Make a batter with the above ingredients.Heat oil in a pan.Dip the chicken pieces in the batter and deep fry them till they are golden brown and coated with cornstarch.Keep them aside.heat some more oil in the pan and saute the onions with ginger-garlic till they are translucent.
Add the other vegetables and stir fry them till they become tender. Add the Mixed sauce. Add the chicken pieces and add some water and salt. Cover & keep for 2 minutes.Serve hot.
