As I had already said, I purchased a jar of Tartare sauce. So I thought of preparing this recipe.
450 gms Salmon cut in 4 pieces
2 onions sliced
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic minced
1 teaspoon roughly crushed balck peppercorns
1 tablespoon Tartare sauce
1/2 tablespoon Soya sauce
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
Rub the fish with these ingredients and keep for an hour.Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick pan.Saute the fish pieces till they turn golden brown.Keep aside.Add the rest of the butter in the pan and saute the onions with minced ginger-garlic till they become dark brown. Add the sauces and salt and saute till the oil seperates and form a thick gravy. Pour the gravy on the fried fish and garnish with mint leaves.
