12 Anti-Aging Skin Care Ingredients

AHAs or Alpha-Hydroxyacids are good for normal-to-dry or sun-damaged skin because they help bind moisture and improve healthy collagen production and smooth an uneven skin texture. Turkey Makhani

Makhani is a Punjabi dish made of butter.Chicken makhani is a very popular dish in India.I thought of making the dish with Turkey.

500 gms Turkey cut in medium sized pieces
2 tomatoes cubed
2 pods of cardamom
2 cloves
1 inch stick of cinnamon
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala powder
1/2 teaspoon Dried Fenugreek leaves
1 teaspoon sugar/honey
2 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup fresh cream

For the Turkey:
1/2 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon Mustard oil
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala Powder
Marinade the turkey with these ingredients and keep for 2 hours.Then heat butter in a pan and saute the pieces nicely till they become cooked.Set aside.

Heat butter in a pan and add the whole spices.Wait till they splutter and add the tomatoes,ginger-garlic paste and salt.Saute for 2 minutes.Then add the Garam masala powder and 1 cup water.Bring it to boil and add the sugar/honey and fresh cream.Keep for sometimes on low flame.Add the Dried fenugreek leaves and chicken pieces.Stir a little.Then put aside.Serve hot.

Sweet Potato & Bell Pepper in Hoisin Sauce

1 sweet potato cubed in small pieces
1 bell pepper cubed in small pieces
1 onion cubed
1 tomato cubed
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic minced
1 tablespoon oil

For the Sauce:
2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 cup water
Mix them together to form a thick paste.

Heat the oil in a pan.Saute the onions and ginger-garlic for sometimes till they become translucent.Add the bell pepper and saute for 2 minutes.Add the Sweet potato and tomato and stir till the tomato becomes tender.Add salt and the prepared sauce.Stir and mix well.Cover and cook for sometimes till the vegetables are cooked properly.Remove from heat and serve hot.

10 Steps to Glowing Skin

I had always been very careful about my skin.Whenever I used to watch movies, or used to see any beautiful lady at parties or weddings,I used to notice first how glowing their skin looks.A glowing skin can give you radiant beauty,no matter if you are wearing any statement jewelry or any bright shade on your lips or eyes.Some people are blessed with naturally radiant skin.However, for people who have skin concerns and have dull complexion,here are few steps to achieve the look.

1.Eating well

Roasted Chicken Pieces in Indian Style Gravy

500 gms Chicken cut in medium sized pieces
2 onions chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tomato cubed
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon Rosewater

The spice:
3 green cardamom pods
2 cloves
2 inches cinnamon stick
1/2 nutmeg
2 strips of mace
5-6 peppercorns
Grind these spices together to make a coarse powder.

For the chicken:
1/2 teaspoon of the powdered spices
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon Lime juice
Rub the chicken with these ingredients and keep for an hour.Then grease a pan with butter.Cook the chicken on low heat.Wait till it becomes brown on all sides and tender enough.It may take some time.You have to check and turn the pieces so that all the sides are roasted to perfection.This step can be done in an oven to save time.Keep the chicken aside when done.

Heat butter in a pan.Add 1 teaspoon spiced powder and wait till they splutter.Add the ginger-garlic paste and onions.Saute till they become translucent.Add the tomato.Saute for sometimes.Add 1 cup water,salt and sugar.Mix well.Then cover and cook on medium flame.When it forms a semi-thick gravy,add the Rosewater and remove from heat.Pour over the roasted chicken pieces.
