Beans Curry with Carrots and Potato

150 gms Beans cut in 3 pieces each
1 carrot cubed
1 potato cubed
1 chilli pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 bayleaf
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped
1 tablespoon oil

Heat the oil in a pan.Add the cumin seeds and bayleaf.When they start to splutter, add the potatoes and saute for sometime,till the corners are a little browned.Add the carrots,beans and chilli pepper.Saute till everything is a bit fried.Add the coriander powder,turmeric powder and salt.Add 1/2 cup of water and mix everything well so as to coat the vegetables thoroughly with the spicy gravy.Cover and keep for sometimes,till the vegetables are tender.Keep checking in between.If required add some water.When the vegetables are cooked,add some garam masala powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
