450 gms salmon cut in small cubes
2 onions chopped
1/2 cup Spring onions chopped
1 teaspoon minced ginger-garlic
1 tablespoon oil
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon Soya Sauce
1/2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
1/4th cup water
Mix these ingredients to make a thick sauce.
For the Fish:
1teaspoon Soya Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon Lime juice
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Rub the fish with these ingedients and keep for an hour.Then heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fish.Keep them aside.
Add oil in the pan.Saute the onions and ginger-garlic till they become translucent.Add the spring onioons and saute till evrything becomes tender.Add the sauce and little salt.If required add some water,depending on the consistency of the sauce you want.When you get your desired sauce,keep away from heat and pour over the fried fish.Serve hot with Steamed Rice.
