10 Steps to Glowing Skin

I had always been very careful about my skin.Whenever I used to watch movies, or used to see any beautiful lady at parties or weddings,I used to notice first how glowing their skin looks.A glowing skin can give you radiant beauty,no matter if you are wearing any statement jewelry or any bright shade on your lips or eyes.Some people are blessed with naturally radiant skin.However, for people who have skin concerns and have dull complexion,here are few steps to achieve the look.

1.Eating well
Boost your skin's natural glow with skin-plumping foods that contain anti-inflammatory, omega-3 fatty acids (i.e., oily fish such as salmon or mackerel, walnuts, flaxseeds), as well as fresh vegetables and berries.

2.Hydrating from Within
Drink more water and green tea, which contains skin-friendly antioxidants.Also keep your body hydrated from within by drinking lots of Vitamin C Juices and coconut water.

The dullness of the skin can be reason of dead cells accumulated on the skin surface.Exfoliating with a mild exfoliator can remove the dead skin and reveal a radiant new skin beneath.

Light reflecting particles can help detract attention from minor imperfections.Use a lightweight corrector and then pat a luminescent highlighter under the eyes and in the crease of the nose.

Warm colours make the face look healthier.A sun-kissed cheek makes a glowing appearance.This can be achieved by applying a warm peach or pink colour to the highest part of your face. When applying to your cheeks, start with the apples and blend up toward your temples to help define your cheekbones.

A bright eye can accentuate the healthy appearance.Apply a light metallic eyeshadow on the inner corners of your eyelids and beige liner to your inner eye rims.

10.Avoiding the Enemies of Skin
Extremely dry skin, wrinkles, puffiness, and sensitivity to abnormal inflammation of the skin,  can be aggravated by tobacco smoke and excessive alcohol intake.Also hot showers taken for a long time can cause dehydration of skin.Aerated drinks are another evil to your skin.Excessive sunexposure without using sun-protection is another cause of skin damage and dull skin.
