Sweet Potato & Bell Pepper in Hoisin Sauce

1 sweet potato cubed in small pieces
1 bell pepper cubed in small pieces
1 onion cubed
1 tomato cubed
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic minced
1 tablespoon oil

For the Sauce:
2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 cup water
Mix them together to form a thick paste.

Heat the oil in a pan.Saute the onions and ginger-garlic for sometimes till they become translucent.Add the bell pepper and saute for 2 minutes.Add the Sweet potato and tomato and stir till the tomato becomes tender.Add salt and the prepared sauce.Stir and mix well.Cover and cook for sometimes till the vegetables are cooked properly.Remove from heat and serve hot.
