Tangy Salmon

Yesterday I had purchased a Steak & Grill Sauce from the supermarket.And I used it for last night's dinner.

450gms Salmon cut into 4 pieces
2 onions chopped
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic minced
1 tomato chopped
3 chilli peppers
1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
1/2 tablespoon Strong American Sauce
1 tablespoon butter

For the Fish:
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger-garlic
1 teaspoon Argentina Steak & Grill Sauce
1/2 teaspoon butter

Rub the fish with these 3 ingredients and keep for 30 minutes.Take 1 teaspoon butter in a pan and saute the fish in low heat till it becomes dark in colour.Keep them aside.Add 1 tablespoon butter in the pan and saute the onions,ginger-garlic till they become moist.Add the tomato and saute till everything turns brown.Add the Tomato ketchup and American sauce with 1/2 cup water and coat the vegetables well.Add the fish and cover cook for 2 minutes.Remove the cover and serve hot.
