Shrimps Yellow Yogurt Curry

75 gms shrimps(rubbed with a pinch of turmeric powder & salt)
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 bayleaf
2 tablespoon oil
For the Curry:
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon red pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Mix these ingredients in a bowl to make a thick paste.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan.Saute the shrimps for a minute.Keep aside.Add the remaining oil.Add the bayleaf.Add onions.Saute the onions till they are almost brown.Add the tomato and fry for saute for sometimes.Add the yogurt mix.Fry till the oil seperates.Add the shrimps,salt and 1/2 cup of water.Mix well.Then cover and cook for 2 minutes.Serve hot.
