  2. There are plenty of foods who really do have individual characteristics and all we have to do is to know which are the things that we do need. Sometimes those foods are not enough such instance when the amount of astaxanthin as antioxidant is what we need, we must also consider a supplement. I got my astaxanthin from Mercols. So, what do you suggest as an alternative?
