Paneer & Bell Pepper with Cashewnut

100 gms Paneer cubed into small pieces
1 green bellpepper diced
1 onion diced
1 teaspoon garlic chopped
a handful of cashewnuts soaked in water for 5-10 minutes
1 tomato diced
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 chilli peppers slit
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon butter

Heat the butter in a pan.Add the sugar and tomatoes.When the sugar starts to turn brown add the garlic and fry for sometimes. Add the onions and saute for a while.When it turns to get moistened,add the bellpepper,chilli peppers,cashewnut and paneer.Toss them well.Add salt and turmeric powder and a little water.Cover and cook till the bellpepper become soft and the water evaporates.

**This recipe can be tried with tofu instead of paneer
