Prawn & Bellpepper in Hoisin Sauce

100 gms medium sized prawns
1 onion chopped
1 Red Bellpepper chopped
1 teaspoon garlic chopped
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper powder
1 tablespoon oil

The Sauce:
2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon water

Rub the prawns with vinegar and salt and keep it for 1/2 n hour.Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil in a pan and Saute the prawns for a minute or 2.Keep aside.Heat rest of the oil in the same pan.Add the onions,bell pepper and garlic and saute.When the onions become moist add the salt and pepper and saute till everything turns tender.Add the sauce and prawns and mix thoroughly so that the vegetables and prawns get coated with the sauce.Serve hot with steamed rice.
