Fruits are an essential part of our daily diet. They are perfect source of multivitamins and ant oxidation and are very helpful for our bodily functions.

  4. well, is good to know all of this cause I LOVE cherries, blackberries, blueberries and everything ended in -erries! But apples and bananas...mmhh..not really my cup of tea!
