The Body Shop Brazil Nut Shower Creme & Body Butter Review

My lovely ladies, dont you think winter has set its claws and teeth on us everywhere? I wanted to share with you one of my favourite rituals of these chilly days. Many of you, who have been following my blog must be knowing about my addiction to body butters, specially those with chocolaty, caramelly and nutty smell. Oh yeah girls I like to smell like a cake shop :-P. And also I love to combine either a shower gel or a body scrub of the same fragrance family with the butters.

The awesome combination of The Body Shop Brazil Nut Shower Creme and Body Butter is foremost in my list of winter favourites.

The Body Shop Brazil Nut Shower Creme:

Price: Rs. 395

Packaging: The Body Shop Brazil Nut Shower Creme comes in an usual TBS packaging in a transparent bottle through which you can see the lovely colour of the product.

This rich, soap-free shower cream creates a rich lather and has a sweet and nutty scent.

The Product: The product is a coffee coloured shower very thick liquid, quite creamy in texture.

My Experience: I simply love the smell and texture of the product. It has a very sweet nutty smell that lingers around you all through the day. The rich creamy texture provides a luxurious feel to the skin and it becomes soft a s a baby's bum. I have quite dry body skin, compared to my face, so this pure bliss during dry winters.

The Body Shop Brazil Nut Body Butter:

Price: Rs.995

Packaging: This product comes in a chocolate brown coloured tub from where you have to scoop out the product.

Our iconic Body Butter, in a sweet and nutty scent. The precious secret inside is skin-nourishing Community Fair Trade Brazil nut oil. It melts straight in to leave skin moisturised for 24 hours.

The Product: It is a light biscuit coloured very thick cream.

My Experience: What to say? I have used TBS Cocoa Butter Body Butter and I thought it was over hyped and this one is way too underrated. I just love how it just spreads so evenly on the skin and the dry areas of the skin immediately gets hydrated. The skin becomes so silky and smooth

The rare Brazil Nut Oil makes both the products a Must-have couple to be included in your bath rack.

Pros:
1.     Heavenly smell
2.     Very creamy in texture
3.     Makes skin soft
4.     Made of Community Fair Brazil Nut oil
5.     Skin stays moisturized for a long time
6.     Very helpful for dry skin

Cons:
1.     Pricey
2.     Not suitable during sweaty summers
3.     Tub packaging can be disliked by some ( I love to scoop it like an icecream)

 Rating: 4.5/5

Girls who are obsessed with gourmet fragrances, must try any one of these or both. If you are planning to invest in a good product that can heal your dry skin during winter, this is a must to get into your kitty.
