Almond & Chocolate Face Care Ft. Aroma Essentials & Bliscent

Hey beautifuls, those of you who follow me on Instagram, must be knowing that I am currently using some #MadeInIndia skincare items and just loving those. Today I will share with you how I pamper my skin now and then with a face clean up ritual.

You have to start by cleaning the face with a natural cleanser like milk. Then massage gently with an exfoliating scrub to get rid of the dead skin. It is important to use scrubs that are gentle to your skin. As you age your skin becomes more sensitive and so you should be careful while choosing a scrub. A gel based scrub with lot of essential oils is best for your skin. After massaging the face for 2 minutes with the scrub, once you rinse off the product, apply a face mask with rich antioxidants properties. Antioxidant infused products keep your skin youthful and bright. Keep it for 5-10 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water.

What Products I use:
Milk is one ingredient that works wonder for my skin. I make sure to apply milk everyday on my face either with a face mask or just alone. After cleaning my face with milk, I apply the Aroma Essentials Almond Exfo on my face. I wet my fingertip and gently massage the skin in circular movements on the entire face, leaving the eye area. It is made up of almond and saffron that floats on a bed of gel that smells like rose water. It is very gentle and one of the best brightening products I have ever used. I can notice the improvement in my overall complexion, while is reduces the size of the pores and removes blackheads. A wonderful product to try indeed.

Next up, I apply the Bliscent Chocolate Cheek Face Mask. It comes in a powder form and appears as your regular chocolate powder. I mix it up with a little rose water and a little milk to make a paste and then apply all over my face. It smells heavenly and I almost feel like licking it. After leaving it for 5-7 minutes I wash my face with lukewarm water.

I can feel the difference that this care has brought on my skin. It looks much clearer and glowing without using any makeup nowadays. Before  I used to apply BB or CC Creams almost everyday but now after I have started using these wonderful Indian products in my daily care, I hardly require anything to make my skin glow.

Once you hit 30, you need to take proper care of your skin. We have such wonderful skincare products in India, that are essentially made out of stuffs that we see in our day to day lives. Ingredients like neem leaves, aloe vera, almond, saffron, lime, coffee, honey, tomato work wonders on skin. Personally I am most benefited with milk. The cruelty free products made by these Indian brands are so good for the skin, only you have to pick the correct one.
