Chambor Extreme Wear Liquid Transfer Proof Lipstick 402 Review and Swatches

Hello my angels! How is everyone doing? So it was our angel guardian, the face behind our beloved Beauty and Beyond, Jhilmil Mam's birthday recently--and the sweetheart she is; instead of receiving gifts from us, she showered us with all kinds of new makeup launches for us to enjoy and review for you guys.

Liquid lipsticks have been and are the latest obsession in the makeup market for quite some time now. And while almost every brand is presenting their take on the going matte lip trend, Chambor also has come up with a range of lip product which claim to be long staying, transfer proof and completely matte. So does the product hold true to any or all of its claims? Keep reading to know more!

Packaging
The lipstick comes in a unique glass, tube like packaging with a screw top lid. The glass tube is sturdy enough to travel with, though I would have liked the tube to be a bit fancy if i am paying almost 900 bucks for a tube. It comes with a very convenient doe tip applicator which makes the application a breeze.

Shade
The shade 402 is a really pretty nudish-pink with pale pink undertones making it the perfect pink toned nude for almost all indian skin tones. The shade is pretty wearable and i see it working for a whole lot of indian skin tones. It is a warm toned nude so it will suit wheatish to slightly olive skin tones as well. But if you are anything above NC 45 I would suggest you skip the shade completely.

Texture and Pigmentation
Unlike other liquid lipsticks, these liquid lipsticks from chambor are not at all uncomfortable to wear. I generally find long staying lipsticks really drying and flaky, but chambor has really worked up a great formula which is love at first sight--it does not dry out the lips and sits atop the lips rather comfortably. The lipstick goes on super smooth, but being a light shade, 402 tends to emphasis my lip lines a bit. Though one swipe is enough to get the true colour on the lips, I would suggest you apply a second coat while the lipstick is still wet so as to achieve an even lip look without a lot of fine lines showing from underneath.

Staying Power
Holding true to its claims, the liquid lipsticks from chambor are really extreme wear lipsticks which do not transfer. I wore this lipstick at about 10 in the morning, went out for an event where I had a couple of drinks and finger foood, and this did not budge. No touch up at all. Alternatively, the other day i applied it before going out for a buffet lunch, and this baby performed rather well even then. After a ton of hogging, the lipstick did fade off from the centre of the lips but it was still pretty wearable. So 10 on 10 for staying.
P.S you will need a good oil based makeup remover  to get these pigments off the lips completely.

Do I Recommend?
Definitely! At this price, Chambor liquid lipsticks are the best quality lip products you can get in the market today!
